1. How do I book?

You can book online with our easy to use booking system or Give us a ring! We are very friendly and will happily discuss what you need, when you need it and how we are going to go about it! Or if you prefer you can send us an e-mail or a message on Facebook and we will get back to you within 24 hours (normally much quicker); our details can be found on our Contact page.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime, even on the day if there is availability. However to avoid any disappointment booking as early as you can is best.
Remember there is NO CANCELLATION FEE, as long as you let us know before 6pm the day before you hire. If you decide to cancel on the day then we will ask for 50% of the cost of your hire.

4. What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery within a few miles of our base. If outside this radius, we will still happily come to you but with an additional fee. You can see what this will be at the start of your booking online. Due to the spiralling cost of fuel it is usually between £3 and £5 per extra mile. We only go as far as 20miles maximum.
You will also receive a PAT tested blower, extension cable and safety crash mats. The price also includes set up and collection. Plus sand bags or stakes depending on ground surface.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?

Our service is available seven days a week including public and bank holidays, all year around; we don’t let the fun end with summer!

6. How long do I get the bouncy castle for?

Usually, we will deliver and set up the castle between 8am and Midday and collect between 5pm and 8pm. However, we are very flexible and will happily arrange times to suit you. Just gives us a call and see what we can do. (if you want your castle early in the morning then its always best to book as much in advance as you can, as we usually operate a first come first serve basis for drop offs.)

If your party is in an indoor venue such as a village hall, we will do our best to make sure we arrive to set up and come and pick up the castle at specific times that suit you.

***** Whilst we will make every effort to arrive at the specified/preferred time, please be advised we allow for a 30 minute window in order to allow for unforeseen circumstances such as weather/traffic. *****

7. Do you hire out Bouncy Castles overnight?

Yes absolutely! A standard hire can be kept overnight and will be collected before 10am the following day. This option has an additional charge of £25.00.

8. How do I pay?

Please pay with cash upon delivery or by card when booking online. For weddings and other events, payment can be made beforehand if necessary. Please contact us for more information.
We do not usually ask for a deposit however for bookings over £100 a deposit may be requested, please ask for more details.

9. What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel anytime before the hire date, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. There are NO CANCELLATION FEES! As long as you let us know before 6pm the day before you hire. If you decide to cancel on the day then we will ask for 50% of the cost of your hire. If you have a paid a deposit for a booking over £100 this deposit will be lost. Contact us now to cancel a booking.

10. What if it rains?

We have shower covers for most of our inflatables however these cannot handle very heavy rain. We may call you the night before your hire if we feel it is necessary to talk about the weather conditions.

11. Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors?

Yes! Please see our Indoor Venues page. If you have a preferred premises please give us measurements. Also it is ideal if you inform the venue that we have insurance. Our castles range from 7ft2in to 15ft in height so please remember to check ceiling height!

12. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles takes approximately 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire and location.

13. How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 ft at the front and rear of castle and more than 1ft either side this is to allow access to the blower at rear. If you are still unsure and are in Trowbridge, we will come and measure up for free. Please make an appointment with us. Outside of Trowbridge, we will still come but will charge fuel costs.
Face Painting varies on the space needed with your specific requirements so please get in touch to discuss this further.

14. When I hire a castle is there anything I need to provide?

All you will need to provide is a 240 volts mains power supply, oh and the kids!

15. Do you supply Safety Instructions?

Yes we provide Safety Instructions with every bouncy castle hire and we will talk through any concerns or queries you may have before leaving. We can carry out a risk assessment upon request. But please remember it is extremely rare for accidents to occur from bouncy castle play. You can always phone us during the hire period.

16. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Our Bouncy Castles have different age range suitability. Our Hoppers are suitable for 1year+ so a great addition for parties where younger siblings need entertaining! (preferred by toddlers) Adults are also welcome to use our hoppers!!

17. Are you available for events?

1. We will deliver, set up and collect the Bouncy Castle. This allows the event to run and supervise the Bouncy Castle at our normal daily hire rate.

At present we do not offer a supervised service for events.

18. Do you have insurance?

Yes! We have public liability insurance up to £5million.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity.

Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
